An Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following Qualities- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally across diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other standard office technologies; ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
- Strong organizational and administrative management skills, including calendar coordination, meeting and event planning, document preparation, and records management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, exercise sound judgment, and maintain composure in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with executive leadership, Board members, staff, and external stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence, including strong listening skills and the ability to respond thoughtfully and appropriately.
- Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel as required; must maintain a valid driver's license and meet state requirements for unrestricted automobile insurance coverage in accordance with New Mexico law.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) highly desirable.
Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer by collecting information as required and as needed for conferences and reports and other assignments. An essential job result is the maintenance of a high level of confidentiality of the information processed by the employee.
Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience providing direct support to C-suite or senior executive leadership.
