Rodey Law Firm is seeking a reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Executive Receptionist to manage the Firm’s front desk reception area. This role plays a vital part in creating a professional and welcoming first impression for clients, visitors, vendors, and callers.

The Executive Receptionist is the first point of contact for the firm. This role is responsible for managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system, greeting guests, coordinating food orders for internal meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Operate and manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system; accurately route calls and take messages
  • Coordinate all food ordering and catering needs for internal meetings and firm events
  • Maintain reception area appearance and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate conference room reservations and visitor check-in
  • Maintain Board Room appearance
  • Accept and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, filing)
  • Support attorneys and staff with general office needs as requested
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (law firm or professional services environment a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, basic Excel)
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Prior experience in a law firm or corporate office setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating food orders, catering, or office events
Schedule

8 hour shift | On-site | Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
