Overview
Currently looking for a staff person capable of handling high-volume with multi-line phone/fax/text for scheduling management, payment collection (cash, check, merchant credit/debit), and file management (verify appointment, insurance information, coding coordination). No computer or EHR experience required. This is a paper system office accepting and managing out-of-pocket and multiple insurance plans for our patient base.
Weekly Work ScheduleMonday-Friday at 25-30 hours total per week. M=7am to noon; W/F=7am to 5pm; T/Th= clerical & preparation days (9am to noon).
Chiropractic office in the Coronado mall area (San Pedro/Menaul).
Job Details- Must become proficient in our paper system procedures and policies.
- Able to read, perform basic math and have phone etiquette skills.
- Training on-site with owner & experienced office manager.
- Looking for someone to become a long-term member of our team.
- Advancement in duties and pay easily achieved with dedication and proficiency and reliability.
- Clerical to include calls in/out, scheduling, patient check-in/out.
- Assist with file-management & submission of claims using office scanner device.
- Moving patients and keeping rooms/office clean and ready.
