Accountant, Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting

The Accountant role is responsible to support the execution of general accounting processes. This includes month‑end close processes and account reconciliations as well as cash funding analysis and forecasting. This position provides team support, assistance in resolving banking and accounting issues, compliance with internal controls and accounting principles, participation in process improvements, and support of internal and external client relationships.

• Prepare bank, investment, and intercompany notes daily and month‑end reconciliations, including related journal entries
• Participate with other teams and departments to monitor outstanding checks for resolution or escheatment
• Perform cash funding analysis and funding transfers, and support forecasting for multiple entities using several accounting systems
• Manage bank accounts and related documentation, and assist in opening and closing accounts
• Communicate with banks and other financial institutions to obtain requested data and reports
• Prepare and provide requested Treasury support for internal and external audits

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
• 1–2 years of accounting work experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Net Suite or Great Plains)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Adaptable to change, with a positive, learning‑oriented attitude
• Ability to work remotely and in an office environment
