Rodey Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as Financial Analyst. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Executive Director and Accounting Director. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
  • Budget
  • Gross Receipts Tax and Quarterly Taxes
  • Profit and Loss analysis
  • GL review and Journal Entries
  • Reconciliations
  • Property Taxes
  • Insurance renewals
  • Survey responses
  • Assist with Tax Return preparation
  • Software implementation knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations and requirements.
  • Work closely with other members of the accounting department and administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications &

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Early career CPA preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Schedule

7.5 hour shift on-site | Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
