Tax Preparer

Description

Individual Tax Preparation needed for a boutique accounting firm for the tax season. If you're tired of large accounting organizations and environments, this could be for you. You'll be meeting with clients to perform individual and some corporate tax returns. The ideal Tax Preparer will have 1+ years of experience in preparing individual returns, have their PTIN and excellent customer interface skills.

Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience with Drake Tax software a huge plus! Bring proficiency with Quick Books Pro to the table and you could extend beyond tax season for bookkeeping support

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in preparing individual tax returns.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Familiarity with Drake Tax software is highly preferred.

- Experience with Quick Books Pro is a strong advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.

- Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
