Our successful technician candidate understands hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical and computer systems and is able to properly diagnose and perform repairs. The Equipment Technician position is for an individual with skills, knowledge, and experience in the areas listed below.

• Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the equipment’s integrated computer system.
• Examine all equipment systems such as the hydraulic, engine, transmission, and emissions systems with a step-by-step approach.
• Clearly articulate repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and supervisors.
• Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for repairs and maintenance.
• Generate clear and complete notes describing issues, diagnostics, remedies, repairs, and test results on each job.
