• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office

• Experience in retail or customer service roles
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of retail technology and operational processes
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
