• Oversight of the clinical care of all residents.
• Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Management and oversight of all nursing staff.
• Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility.
• Ensuring that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties.

• 3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long‑term care.
• Experience with applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid.
