Seasonal Apprentice Lineworker

Join our team and help power the communities we serve. We’re seeking motivated and safety-focused Apprentice Lineworkers to support the Cooperative’s mission of providing safe, reliable, and efficient electric service. We expect to fill two (2) temporary positions for the June – November construction season, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

As an important member of our Operations team, you will assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of both overhead and underground distribution systems while developing your technical skills under the guidance of experienced line workers. This role is essential to ensuring our members receive the dependable service they count on every day.

The successful candidate must have completed an accredited lineworker curriculum from a vocational institution, possess a valid Minnesota Class A CDL (or any valid interstate Class A CDL), and medical card. This position is an hourly, non-union position.

The starting pay rate for the position is $29.00 per hour.
