• Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
• Support residents with dementia in a safe, respectful manner
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Engage residents in memory care activities
• Maintain clean, comfortable living spaces
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• Must be 17 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Complete at least 12 hours of annual in-service education and all required training
• Proficient in using technology, including the resident charting system
