Support the Administrator/Director of Housing in operating the telephone system, greeting visitors, business contacts, family members and employees. Assist the Director with correspondences and day‑to‑day office duties in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
- High level of skill using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Friendly and caring.
- High school diploma.
