The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate and timely deliveries by safely operating a 26 ft. box truck. This position also assists in loading orders and occasionally supports general warehouse functions. A DOT physical will be required upon employment

• Shipping And Receiving Responsibilities
• Pull and prepare outbound customer orders;
  Receive, sort and replenish incoming inventory
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident-free

• Delivery Driver Responsibilities
• Safely operate a 26 ft. box truck to deliver products to customers and job sites
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain required signatures and documentation
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery stop
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized truck
• Follow assigned delivery routes and communicate delays or issues

• Customer Service & Communication Responsibilities
• Represent Hubbard Supplyhouse with a professional and courteous attitude
• Communicate clearly with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch
• Report product damage, shortages, or delivery issues promptly
• Assist in problem-solving delivery-related concerns as needed

Required

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical after employment offer
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical labor
• High attention to detail.

Preferred

• Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles
• Familiarity with plumbing, irrigation, or construction supply products
• Experience using handheld scanners, GPS, or routing systems
• Customer service experience in delivery or field service environments
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
