Required qualifications:

• Previous experience asa Technical Traineror similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel;
• Minimum of12years’experience with a BS/BA or10years’ experience with a MS/MA or7years’ experience witha PhD. or 16 years' w/o a degree or 14 years' with AS/AA
• A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
• US citizenship is required

• DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina.

• Serves as the senior technical instructor for advanced C2
  
  ISR training on hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments.
• Delivers complex classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab events for experienced operators and maintainers, using mission-realistic scenarios to exercise operational management, network configuration, equipment maintenance, and support reporting procedures.
• Translates real-world C2
  
  ISR operational issues, fielding experiences, and engineering changes into updated training content, demonstrations, and performance-based assessments.
• Collaborates with ISDs and Training Specialists to refine lesson plans,iTMs, student guides, instructor guides, job aids, lab exercises, and assessments for advanced audiences.
• Uses the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS to configure advanced courses, manage grade books andproficiencyresults, and review performance data toidentifytrends, gaps, and remediation needs.
• Mentors Senior, Journeyman, and Junior trainers on advanced delivery techniques, lab execution, and integration of mission context into training.
