A Garage Mechanic is a Journeyman Vehicle‑Equipment Maintenance Mechanic who, by training and experience, is a qualified automotive or mechanized construction equipment mechanic that, prior to employment, has successfully completed the standard qualifying examination. The candidate must be a Journeyman Mechanic qualified to overhaul, repair, and maintain automotive and utility work equipment, including the hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic components and equipment.

• Qualified automotive or mechanized construction equipment mechanic by training and/or experience.
• Successfully complete a standardized qualifying exam administered by Pacifi Corp.
• High school diploma or proof of equivalent.
• Obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License within 90 days of hire date.
• Five years of experience repairing small and large distribution utility equipment preferred.
