As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, create a great bar experience, and support the dining room and servers to deliver the best drinks possible. The role requires a friendly, communicative and dedicated team player who is ready to give their best while enjoying the work.

• Mix alcoholic and non‑ alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Serve drinks to customers and support the dining room and servers.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
• Operate efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service.

• At least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills with staff and customers.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and to making an impact.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen up to 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must speak clearly and listen attentively.

Must wear protective hand coverings and face coverings or masks throughout the shift, and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
