Albany Primary Care is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• 100% outpatient
• Highly competitive base compensation of $120,000-$140,000 + production bonus in year two
• 4 day workweek and dedicated admin time
• Provider autonomy

• 1-2 years APP experience
