We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our construction office. This role serves as the operational backbone of the company, ensuring accurate billing, strong cash flow management, compliance documentation, smooth scheduling, and clear communication between sales, production, vendors, and customers. The Office Manager plays a direct role in protecting profitability by maintaining accurate job costing, timely collections, and complete construction documentation.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and positive who takes ownership of systems and thrives in a fast-paced roofing environment.
