As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll support the maintenance and repair of critical machinery and facility systems, ensuring smooth operations and maximum uptime. You'll work closely with the maintenance team and operations staff to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that keep production running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs within the scope of your license and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, manual equipment, forging machines, and other production machinery (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment longevity.
• Assist with installations, relocations, and upgrades of machinery and systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete facility walk-throughs, and report major repair or safety concerns.
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance while adhering to safety protocols.

What You'll Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 2 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) license required.
• Experience with electrical controls, motors, VFDs, and reading schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
