• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and procure workstations, laptops, and peripherals across multiple sites.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and provide deskside technical support to all City employees.
• Provide end‑user support for business applications.
• Document procedures and maintain inventories.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to support users across multiple departments with diverse business requirements.
• A strong sense of self‑direction and judgment to manage your own workload and priorities.
