Health Services Business Analyst
Management/Exempt Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) position

Linn County Health Services is excited to recruit a Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting informed decision-making. Evaluate and analyze data from a health services program including data from services and other business operations. Utilize knowledge of the program's data and operations in an organized way to produce and present useful information to management for planning, operating, monitoring and evaluation of program activities.
ResponsibilitiesThis classification covers the most significant essential functions performed by an employee in this position but it does not include other occasional work which may be similar to, related to or a logical assignment of this position. Any one position in this classification may be assigned some or all of the duties listed under essential functions or that arise as other functions.
The balance of the various duties, responsibilities and/or assignments of this position may change from time to time based upon management's decisions on how to best allocate resources. Any shift, emphasis or rebalancing does not constitute a change in the essential functions of the job classification.
A Bachelor's Degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, health administration, data visualization, health informatics or related field from an accredited institution is required. An additional three years or more experience with business analytics, data collection and analytics, report development, working within healthcare and/or healthcare administration is preferred or any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience, education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the work described.
Must be credentialed with all Medicaid insurances within 3 months of employment. Certain assignments may require certification by the State Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Services Division or the State Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs following appointment.
Must be able to pass a criminal history check and possess or obtain a valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets the County's requirements.
