PT - Physical Therapist

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team assesses and treats patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature, addressing a variety of services in sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical mobility challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and goals

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care
