AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist that is available for the 2025/2026 school year.

• Master’s degree in communication Disorders, Speech, or Speech Audiology.
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist (PEL) Professional Education License through ISBE Holder, or be able to obtain, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed and engage actively in the role.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.

Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location. Contract through the school year – 35 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar.

Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

• Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum‑based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
• Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.

$2,275 – 2,800 per week
