As a caregiver at Mennonite village,ptic? you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and professionalism. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL), monitoring their health status инструкции, maintaining accurate documentation, promoting participation in activities, and ensuring safety during care procedures.

• Must have Heimlich Maneuver training.
• Understanding of and commitment to residents rights and dignity.
• First aid certification and Food handler's card within first 120 days of employment.
• Ability to accurately document activities of daily living.

• Compassionate bedside manner and empathy toward residents
• Demonstrate a high level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Be knowledgeable and adhere to a resident's service plans.
• Provide hygiene and general care of resident's skin, nails, hair, eyes, Kon ears, mouth, and face.
• Assist resident in performing activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assists with dressing, bathing, toileting, and grooming as needed.

• Starting pay between $16.00 - $18.35 per hour.
• $1 certainly hour differential for NOC shift (10pm - 6am)
• $1 per hour weekend differential
