Mental Health Specialist 1 - Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) Early Assessment Support Alliance (EASA)
Linn County Mental Health is recruiting an experienced mental health therapist to work as a screener and clinician for EASA, and as a Mobile Response clinician for families and youth experiencing crisis. The ideal candidate should be skilled in diagnosis, risk assessment, recovery philosophy, individual, family, and group therapy, case management, and professional consultation. The roles involve working within a multidisciplinary team, often in community settings including clients' homes.
Candidates should have a growth mindset, value diversity, promote equity, and collaborate effectively with various personalities and roles.
Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Experience in providing similar services is desirable but not required. Equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training demonstrating ability may be considered.
