We are seeking a dynamic manager to lead staff in a home supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Cascade Residential Care offers in-home residential support services around the clock to indviduals residing in our homes in Albany, Oregon.

• Manage and support approximately ten full and part-time staff in the home.
• Ensure that each individual living in the home can find fulfillment in setting and achieving goals related to social, physical, financial, educational and employment aspects of their lives.
• Help coordinate health care needs and maintain records as required.
• Work across a variety of shifts within the home and provide on call-support as needed.
• Residence within 20 miles of the home.

• High degree of organization and strong administrative abilities.
• Ability to use technology in a business environment; skilled with multitasking and creating systems to track and report status and progress of tasks.
• Experience in a licensed, 24-hour group setting with both medical and behavioral needs is highly desired.
• Self-directed, able to ask appropriate questions, and possess high integrity and ethics; able to build and strengthen a team and contribute to a leadership team.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Pass Criminal background check & Drug screening.
• Current, valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Read, write and speak fluent English; document, observe, respond to and report supported individuals  needs.
• Readiness to follow safety and security procedures and adhere to agency policies and state regulations.

• Operate personal computer (word processing and email software).
• Oversee care and maintenance of home and company vehicles.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment; coordinate schedules and activities for persons in the home.

This position is overtime eligible and includes a stipend of $300 monthly.
