Position Title
[Work Study] Athletic Aide
LocationAlbany Campus, Albany, OR
Job SummaryThis position performs a variety of administrative office duties and provides assistance to the Athletic Department operations in a variety of capacities, including game management support, facilities monitoring and cleaning, general office clerical work, special event support, and support for promotions, marketing and communications activities.
Required Qualifications- Education and Experience: Must maintain enrollment in at least 6 credits at LBCC, maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout each term, maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better, and have financial aid in place to be eligible to work in a Work Study student employee capacity.
- Knowledge and
Skills:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends; must be able to work outdoors and execute routine tasks related to facility and event set up and take down; background and knowledge of sports and sporting events is desirable. - Abilities: Must be able to communicate with faculty, staff and students, work well independently and with others; ability to interact sensitively and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Preferred Qualifications: Background and knowledge of sports and sporting events is desirable.

Must be able to operate a computer and/or other office equipment; must be able to work outdoors and execute routine tasks related to facility and event set up and take down.
