Position: Customer Care Specialist – Travel Coordination

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist – Travel Coordination to assist clients with organizing and confirming travel plans. This role centers on communication, documentation, and follow-through to ensure each client receives timely and accurate support throughout the process. The position is remote and offers flexibility within a structured and supportive framework.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather preferences, answer questions, and assist with planning details. You will research destinations and accommodations, help organize itineraries, coordinate bookings, and confirm reservations. Maintaining accurate records and providing consistent updates are critical responsibilities. You will also support clients with changes or documentation needs before, during, and after travel.
