We are seeking a People Soft Application Developer who will support our client with the development of an enterprise application on an Oracle People Soft platform. This role will be expected to collaborate with an in-house development team to build, enhance, and support a modernized retirement benefits administration solution. This role contributes across the development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and production support.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle People Soft application components to support business processes.
• Create and modify People Code, Application Engine, SQR, and related People Soft artifacts to deliver new functionality and resolve defects.
• Write and optimize SQL against People Soft data structures; analyze data issues and performance concerns.
• Produce technical design documentation and unit test scripts; execute unit testing and support defect resolution through deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to estimate work, track progress, and deliver on agreed timelines.

• Associate’s degree or combination of experience and education.
• 4+ years of application development experience with People Soft using at least three of the following toolsets: XML, People Soft SQR, People Tools, People Code, PSQuery, Data Mover, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
• 4+ years of experience using SQL over People Soft data structures.
• 2+ years of experience using People Tools 8.57 or higher.
• 2+ years of experience creating technical design documents and unit test scripts.

• 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting an Oracle People Soft implementation.
