The duties of the consulting resources would be to analyze, plan, create, modify, test and implement code.

The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

• 72 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle
• 72 months experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object‑Oriented Programming, developing web‑based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET and MVC
• 72 months experience in static scanning, third‑party component scan and vulnerability remediation
• 60 months experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, JSON, and HTML, XML, REST API
• 72 months experience developing web application conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
• 60 months experience in using Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines
