SummaryNew York State of Health (NYSOH) is New York's official health plan marketplace established by Executive Order No. 42. The temporary personnel services requested are needed to support the on-going design and development of information technology systems consistent with enrollment goals and federal and state law and rules. The Systems Architect will work closely with NYSoH program staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to define requirements for the NYSoH.

- 84 months of experience in cloud CDN tools, AWS Cloudfront, Application load balancers.
- 84 months of experience working with Drupal content management system including custom themes and modules.
- 60 months of experience working with authentication techniques, Single Sign On, multi-factor Authentication for content management systems.
- 36 months of experience working with container-based technologies and container orchestration.
- 84 months of experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
Specific activities to be performed include, but are not limited, to:
- Design and develop multi-platform integration between Java and PHP apps using restful services.
- Provide guidance and support in implementing secure Software development life cycle .
- Research, design and implement best practices for integrating multiple applications into a platform as a service model.
