Job Description The role focuses on building and improving customer-facing products in the Asset & Wealth Management division. Engineering, which is comprised of our Technology Division and global strategist’s groups, is at the critical center of our business. Our dynamic environment requires innovative strategic thinking and immediate, real solutions.

• Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer‑centric products.
• Analyze existing software to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new features.
• Follow standard software development guidelines and best practices.
• Create and maintain test plans, documentation and automated tests for all technical changes.
• Grow your technical skillset by seeking out cross‑training and knowledge advancement opportunities.
• Participate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile process.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

• Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years (Associate) of experience with Java or other related Object Oriented development language.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.

• Source Control Management systems (i.e., SVN, Git).
• An understanding of common application architecture design patterns.

Location Albany, New York, United States.

Salary Range $95,000–$145,000. You may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
