The consultant's day to day work will include:

• Working with the JAVA development team to help design, develop and implement a web-based API application as described above
• To participate in code reviews, Q/A, performance testing and security review of the designed application.
• Assisting with the creation of user and technical documentation.

Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.

Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

• 84 months of experience as a Java Web Developer
• 60 months experience writing SOAP or REST Webservices
• 36 months experience developing APIs using the OpenAPI Specification (formerly Swagger Specification)
• 12 months of experience developing applications or portlets for a Liferay Portal
• 12 months of experience designing, writing, consuming and documenting JSON based documents or specifications
• 12 months of experience developing using Java Server Faces (JSF) or Primefaces Frameworks
• 12 months of experience writing SQL or PL/SQL in Oracle Database Environment
• 12 months experience using GIT version control
• 12 months of experience using the Linux operating system
