We are searching for
** Community Service Professionals** (CSP) to join our agency!
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide individualized support to people of all ages with developmental disabilities, throughout the Capital District, in the person's private home, or out in the community.
* Engage in recreational and community-based activities such shopping, exercise groups, restaurants & more.
* Provide learning opportunities to support their goal to achieve independence.
* CSP's support people with different abilities to learn and practice skills to gain greater independence, work towards achieving their dreams and be valued members of the community.
** Requirements:
*** Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
* Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
* Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position.
