Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Vehicle

Role Overview

ETS is seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our fleet services team at the Albany workshop. This independent role focuses on maintaining and repairing our fleet of medium‑rigid trucks, engineering wheel loaders (EWP’s), and small plant equipment.

• Undertake service and repairs on our fleet of medium‑rigid trucks, EWP’s, and small plant
• Attend to breakdowns and execute necessary repairs
• Carry out inspections in a timely manner to required standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

• Knowledge and experience working on diesel trucks and hydraulic equipment is preferred
• Technical understanding of EWP’s, utes, chippers, and vegetation maintenance equipment
• Good communication skills and the ability to accurately complete work‑related documentation
• Proven ability to work unsupervised and autonomously in a sole‑charge workshopli>
• Strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

• Circa $60 per hour in line with your skills and experience, plus overtime at 1.5 times
• 11.5% superannuation
• Fully maintained ETS vehicle (incl. fuel card), iPad & phone
• Optional monthly rostered day off (RDO)

• Secure full‑time position with a great local team (no FIFO)
