The Diesel Mechanic Road Technician is a technician who preferably has experience in the heavy equipment industry. This person will be required to have mechanical expertise, including diesel, to support the needs of the branch in a professional, safe, and timely manner. You will be performing maintenance services, including repairs for diesel-run equipment, both on the road and in the shop.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $39.00/Hourly (Pay Range is commensurate with experience and negotiable)

- Experience as a Diesel Technician in construction or agricultural equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computer-based diagnostic tools and service software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered equipment.
- Ability to work overtime, including flexible hours.
- Utilize technical manuals, job orders, and your own expertise to resolve mechanical issues.
- Conduct safety inspections and follow proper repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Test drive equipment to verify repairs.
- Develop strong customer relationships through professional service.
- Attend ongoing technical training sessions.
- Document all service and warranty work accurately.
