Service Technician

Quality Design & Remodel, the Capital Region's premier design and remodeling firm, is seeking a Service Technician to join our award-winning team.

• 20+ years of experience in home remodeling
• Two locations:
  Delmar, NY, and Clifton Park, NY
• Award-winning company
• Specializing in kitchen, bathroom, basements, and home addition projects
• Part of a larger organization with property management and new construction experience

• Assist with general labor on residential remodeling and new construction projects
• Perform basic carpentry and repair tasks (drywall, framing, paint, etc.)
• Help with property maintenance work as needed
• Load, unload, and move materials, furniture, and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Support multiple projects and respond to service calls as assigned
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Basic carpentry and handyman skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move boxes, furniture, and materials (up to ~50 lbs)
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team
• Professional and respectful attitude
• Experience in remodeling, construction, or property management is a plus
• Willing to train motivated individuals looking to grow within the company
• Able to use a project management app

$23 - $27 hourly
