Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotside Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial kitchen equipment, specifically with hotside equipment, and be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment issues. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotside equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers

- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs

- Install new equipment and ensure it is functioning properly

- Keep accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenance

- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service calls and answer any questions or concerns

- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and assist with equipment demonstrations

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in hotside equipment technology

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical school or certification in commercial kitchen equipment repair preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair, with a focus on hotside equipment

- Strong knowledge of electrical, gas, and steam systems

- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds
