Region Contract Manager

Job Summary

This position is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services and building relationships with new and existing LCC accounts. The focus is to serve as a concept sales lead or “Lead House”—a LCC concept with increased complexity due to multiple locations spanning two or more Sysco operating regions or more than five primary locations—within a designated sales territory, driving profitable volume growth.

The role will require managing customers as they transition from the Business Development team to the Regional Contract Sales and Customer Experience teams; overseeing P&L, executing corporate strategic initiatives, aligning cross‑functional teams, and cascading information to stakeholders nationally and locally.

• Achieve Sales, Gross Profit, and Delivered‑Margin financial plan for assigned customers.
• Develop medium to long‑term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
• Coordinate as “Lead House” across regions to bring opportunities from HQ to the local level.
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment, conduct bi‑annual/annual C‑suite meetings, and build partnerships to create value for Sysco and the customer.
• Manage contracts, terms, conditions, including MDA, amendments, extensions, renewals, letters of intent, and limited‑time offers in coordination with HQ COE.
