* ● Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members
● Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members
● Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings
● Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance
● Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service
● Communicate and collaborate with regional manager
● Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
