Our business and team are growing. We are currently hiring an Outside Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Outside Sales Representatives deliver on our core focus of relationship-based pest management. By partnering with our prospective residential and commercial customers, you will perform inspections on residential and commercial properties and help match the right service to protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology, products, and equipment.

This role blends field sales, inspections, customer education, and technology-driven documentation, utilizing state-of-the-art tools, products, and equipment. Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile and computer technology are essential for success in this position.

Compensation

• $800-1,000 /week depending on experience level.
• 5% on services sold
• Monthly bonus structure for meeting sales goals

Training

• No pest management experience needed
• Comprehensive in-field and classroom training programs designed to get you certified, knowledgeable, confident and prepared to hit the ground running
• We pay for certification exams and annual renewals
• On-going training to keep you sharp and ahead of the game on industry trends and changes

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full-time with the potential for overtime during May - September
• Proficiency with iPhone and computer-based technology for inspection, reporting, and customer communication. Knowledge of Hub Spot is preferred.

While performing job responsibilities, inspectors will frequently engage in activities such as lifting, walking, and crawling. Individuals should be capable of reaching with hands and arms, climbing on ladders, kneeling, and crawling. Applicants must possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be comfortable getting on roofs as required. Inspectors should anticipate working in various climates. We provide proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and thorough training to ensure a safe working environment.
