About the Markets You’ll Lead PharmaceuticalOrganizations engaged in research and production of FDA‑approved drug products, including synthesis, biologics, generics, and CRO/CMO partners.
Production TechnologyDiagnostics, medical device, and related industries that rely on precision, compliance, and high‑quality supply chain support.
What You’ll DoThis is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role focused on managing and expanding large, often global accounts. You’ll be the strategic partner customers rely on to streamline operations, optimize spend, and unlock the full value of Avantor’s extensive product and service portfolio.
You Will- Lead and grow major accounts, including global customers across diverse cultures
- Drive best practices and harmonized strategies across multinational customer sites
- Increase account profitability through strategic pricing and value‑based selling
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals that articulate Avantor’s value proposition
- Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Partner with sales leadership to build strategic territory plans aligned with growth goals
- Strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Expand Avantor’s footprint within existing accounts through proactive retention and growth strategies
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners to enhance product knowledge, secure favorable pricing, and improve account performance
- Execute company‑defined sales and marketing strategies across a vast product portfolio
