Assistant Sales Manager

Overview

We are immediately hiring for a highly motivated Experienced Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our Home Improvement sales team. The Asst. Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in the supervision and organization of the sales staff, training, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with assisting the Sales Manager in overseeing the activities and performance of the sales staff.

Responsibilities for Asst. Sales Manager
  • Assist in the recruitment, and training of new Sales staff
  • Assist in coaching, mentorship, and feedback to team members
  • Assist in lead scheduling and reporting daily and weekly
Qualifications for Asst. Sales Manager
  • 2 years of experience in Home Improvement Sales (Required)
  • Sales knowledge in Roofing, Siding, Windows and Bathroom Remodels
  • Excellent management skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Other Qualifications
  • Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodel.
  • High level of professionalism in dealing with clients and team members.
  • Excellent opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated, and results-oriented individuals with excellent collaborative sales skills.
  • Must be PC proficient and iPad
