We’re in growth mode and looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to turn strong marketing into predictable revenue
. This is a leadership role for someone who understands that sales doesn’t win alone — it wins when sales and marketing are aligned, accountable, and moving fast
.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue through people and process
. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll coach reps in the field, manage performance, forecast results, and partner closely with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll own revenue performance while working hand‑in‑hand with our marketing team to maximize lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
This role is ideal for a proven sales leader in home services, construction, or in‑home sales who knows how to balance accountability, culture, and results.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and coach a team of in‑home sales representatives
- Conduct ride‑alongs, role‑play sessions, and performance reviews
- Own sales KPIs including close rate, average ticket, lead conversion, and revenue forecasting
- Enforce sales process, CRM usage, and ethical selling standards
- Collaborate with operations to ensure sold jobs are executable and profitable
- Address underperformance quickly and professionally
- Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and customer‑first mindset
- Strong alignment between marketing promises and sales execution
- Predictable, growing revenue month over month
- Sales reps hitting targets consistently
- Clean handoffs between sales and operations
- Strong customer reviews driven by honest expectations and quality work
- A team culture built on accountability, trust, and pride in the brand
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience (home services preferred)
- Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople
- Strong understanding of in‑home or consultative selling
- Data‑driven mindset with CRM experience
- Confident communicator with customers and internal teams
