Provide attentive, friendly customer service and assist with opening and securing locked shelves.;
Monitor store activity to deter loss and communicate observations to Store Management; do not apprehend shoplifters.;
Inspect high-risk product categories to detect theft and ensure security labeling and equipment usage.;
Prepare External Theft reports in Auror system and share intelligence with key stakeholders.;
Monitor store compliance with AP programs and take corrective action to remedy vulnerabilities.
