This is a full-time, (part time will be considered for the right candidate,) on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Schenectady, NY. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, assist in suggesting and selling jewelry, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, handling transactions, and contributing to the upkeep and visual merchandising of the store.

The Sales Associate will work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Sales and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and promote products to customers.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to assist with visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, or precious metals is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required; further education in retail, business, or a related field is a plus.
