What You’ll Do

• Lead with confidence
  :
  Build and develop a high-performing, diverse team where everyone feels valued and motivated.
• Drive results
  :
  Take ownership of sales performance and ensure exceptional store standards that keep customers coming back.
• Be the go-to leader
  :
  Act as second-in-command, running the store seamlessly when the Store Manager is away.
• Staff management
  :
  Supervise, train, and motivate employees, assist with hiring, and create work schedules.
• Inventory and merchandising
  :
  Conduct stock takes, and ensure products are well-displayed and the store is visually appealing.
• Customer service
  :
  Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the store is clean and safe.
• Sales and operations
  :
  Help meet sales goals, analyze sales data and support promotional activities.
• Administrative tasks
  :
  Assist with opening and closing procedures, handle cash register operations, and ensure company policies are followed.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally 2+ years managing teams.
• A strong retail or management background with the ability to create a sales culture through teamwork and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills to lead your team and connect with customers.
• The experience to execute plans seamlessly

• A real customer focus and the ability to handle any complaints with professionalism and a smile.
