The retail industry continues to see unprecedented dynamics as it pivots to a true omni‑channel shopping experience. RDSolutions is providing consultation and data services to define, monitor, and react to ever‑changing customer preferences and competitor advances. We have been the leading provider of retail intelligence to the largest retailers in the world for over 35 years and need Field Representatives to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets.

• Assigned projects within your market area
• Complete projects throughout the United States independently or part of a group
• Use company app to record prescribed product information
• Capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, and photos of product merchandising and displays
• Transmit files to corporate office for review after project completion
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and potential customers as needed
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Smartphone able to download company apps and collect assignments
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible for additional hours
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer aisles
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client’s behalf
