Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Order Fulfillment Associate will also support digital initiatives—including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor, verify merchandise, and move merchandise to the staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, and report expired or short‑dated items included on the pick list.
• Coordinate with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished or pulled from reserve areas to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards, complying with established SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Keep the SFC area neat, clean, and organized, performing general housekeeping duties and handling damaged or spoiled goods per standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling (via DDR or Membership desk).
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including adherence to proper dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

• Most of the time is spent moving continuously on hard surfaces, with frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may require lifting or moving heavy objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Usually in a comfortable environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment; exposure to temperature extremes and sometimes to company‑approved cleaning agents.

Pay range: $16.25 – $19.50 per hour, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
