Please note Crossgates will be closed for Thanksgiving on 11/27. Anchors, entertainment venues and restaurant hours may vary. Crossgates will reopen for Black Friday, 11/28 from 7am-9pm.

For New York-based roles:
Annual pay ranges may fall between $32,280 – $60,405. You may also be offered a bonus, and other benefits.

The job description below outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for seasonal part‑time associates at Lids.

Provide excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs and meet or exceed company sales objectives.

• Provide excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs.
• Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual sales goals.
• Participate in store maintenance per visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.

• Protect company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participate in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.

Seasonal Part Time Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The seasonal duration of this position will conclude on January 6th.
